KHR Team

Kimberly Hansen, PHR, SHRM-SCP is the owner and operator of KHR Solutions, LLC. A varied past in business affords her the understanding the compliance and human needs of a business while also clearly understanding how business decisions affect the profitability of any organization.

Kim gained her BS degree in Communications, concentrating on public relations, from Appalachian State University. Kim’s business background includes marketing, public relations, corporate sales, education, and human resources allowing her a thorough understanding in every business served by KHR. She attained her PHR in 2009 from HRCI, SHRM-SCP in 2017 from SHRM.

Talissa Oliveira, SHRM-CP brings several years’ experience mastering the hospitality industry needs. From her experience in both nationwide and family restaurants to her back-office skills in a hotel which supports major events on Florida’s east coast, Talissa serves customers with a firm balance of kindness for the employee and business perspective understanding.

Talissa has her BS in Organizational Development from Eastern Florida State College in Organizational Management with a Human Resources Specialization and brings many new ideas and facets to the KHR team on a daily basis.

Natasha Morelli utilizes degree in Psychology to strategize best fits for teams and new additions at client locations. She has a strong organizational skillset helping focus the many facets of onboarding for the clients KHR serves.

Cassie Nowels has joined the KHR support team supporting the office functions and customer service needs for the varied clients and their team members. She offers years of customer service experience to the team and has the difficult task of coordinating support from the office hub while others are out in the field at client locations.

Ana Brown has joined the KHR team as a Human Resources Generalist completing projects as needed to support the team.

Ana and her husband, Owen, relocated from Woodbridge, CT to Cape Coral in 2020 with their two dogs Torque and Rocky.  Ana has obtained a master’s degree in Psychology and Organizational Development with a concentration in Human Resources from American InterContinental University in 2009.  Ana is passionate about learning and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in business with a concentration in Organizational Development from Northcentral University.  Ana has over twelve years’ experience in Human Resources ranging from recruiting, payroll processing, interviewing, consulting, implementing safety procedures, benefit implementation, employee relations, 401K/403B processing and audits, termination processes, workers compensation and unemployment claims.
