Kimberly Hansen
Kimberly Hansen, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is the owner and operator of KHR Solutions, LLC. A varied past in business affords her the ability to understand how business decisions affect the profitability of any organization while focusing her efforts on the compliance and human needs that impact so much.
Kim gained her BS degree in Communications, concentrating in public relations with a minor in marketing from Appalachian State University. Kim’s business background includes marketing, PR, corporate sales, education and human resources. The many businesses served by KHR add to the breadth of understanding for any organization and its needs.
Talissa Oliveira
Talissa Oliveira, SHRM-CP, brings several years’ experience mastering the hospitality industry needs. From her experience in both nationwide and family business, to her back-office skills in a hotel supporting major events on Florida’s east coast, Talissa serves customers with a firm balance of kindness for the employee and business perspective.
Talissa gained her BS in Organizational Development from Eastern Florida State College and brings many new ideas and facets to the KHR team on a daily basis.
Natasha Morelli
Natasha Morelli utilizes her degree in Psychology to strategize best fits with regard to staffing for our clients. As our onboarding and staffing manager, she is highly relied upon for guidance from position title, to appropriate compensation, to finding the diamond candidate.
Melissa Warme
Melissa Warme has found an interest in human resources and serving our clients although her degree is unrelated. She supports many human resources special project and has a direct interaction with many of the employees we serve at the client locations, showing a true capability for customer service.
Carmen Perez
Carmen Perez, SHRM-CP, joined the KHR team and serves locally in the Naples, FL area. She brings years of experience in operations to the team, where she learned her passion for the HR side of a business. With that interest, she diverted her degree path and gained a BS degree in Human Resources with her credentials following shortly.
Maddie Nee is a college intern with the organization and is planning to obtain a degree in human resources. She focuses her efforts supporting the recruiting and onboarding efforts we provide the clients.
Daniel Nee is a college student locally and supports administrative functions and projects for the team while he determines his next steps. His passions are music and writing.
