Kimberly Hansen, PHR, SHRM-SCP is the owner and senior operator of KHR Solutions, LLC. A varied past in business affords her the understanding the compliance and human needs of a business while also clearly understanding how business decisions affect the profitability of any organization.
Kim grew up in Cape Coral, FL, and gained her BS degree in Communications, concentrating on public relations, from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
Kim’s business background includes marketing, public relations, corporate sales for a fortune 500 organization, education, and human resources, both internally from generalist to director level, and as a consultant both for a nationwide payroll organization and as the principal operator of KHR Solutions.
Kim has been an active participant on the Charlotte County SHRM board of directors from 2015 through 2018 and served as president in 2017. She has also been a member of the Southwest Florida SHRM organization, which she retains to this day, and HR Collier. She attained her PHR in 2009 from HRCI, SHRM-SCP in 2017 from SHRM.
Kimberly Byrne, MBA, PHR
Kim holds her MBA degree, Advanced Graduate Certificate in Personnel/Labor Relations and SHRM-CP certification. She brings 15 years progressive management experience from higher education. Her focus was on faculty/student recruitment, engagement, dispute resolution, intensive talent acquisition, forecast modeling, training, faculty/course evaluation and retention to meet unprecedented staffing needs growing from 100 enrollments to over 12,000 enrollments. She has held adjunct faculty positions for 15 years in human resources, management, human relations and speech communications. She is the 2019 President of Charlotte County SHRM and previously membership chair.
Talissa Oliveira brings several years’ experience mastering the hospitality industry needs. From her experience in both nationwide and family restaurants to her back-office skills in a hotel which supports major events on Florida’s east coast, Talissa serves customers with a firm balance of kindness for the employee and business perspective understanding.
Talissa is completing her undergraduate degree from Eastern Florida State College in Organizational Management with a Human Resources Specialization and brings many new ideas and facets to the KHR team on a daily basis.
