KHR Team

Kimberly Hansen, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is the owner and operator of KHR Solutions, LLC. A varied past in business affords her the ability to understand how business decisions affect the profitability of any organization while focusing her efforts on the compliance and human needs that impact so much.

Kim gained her BA degree in Communications, concentrating in public relations with a minor in marketing from Appalachian State University. Kim’s business background includes marketing, PT, corporate sales, education and human resources. The many businesses served by KHR add to the breadth of understanding for any organization and its needs.

Carmen Perez, SHRM-CP, serves multiple clients as their assigned HR Manager (consultant). She brings years of experience in operations to the team, where she learned her passion for the HR side of a business. With that interest, she diverted her degree path and gained a BS in Human Resources with her credentials following shortly thereafter. She has since added additional learning programs to her knowledge base and is an expert at manager guidance, employee support, and tying corporate goals to employee deliverables.

Melanie Bain, CPA, CIA, CPP, serves clients as our Payroll ad Special Projects Manager. She brings years of experience in the payroll, auditing, and finance arena to the team and serves our clients exceptionally with her knowledge of payroll, systems, taxes and how they all intertwine to support the employee experience.

KHR relies heavily on her expertise to get large projects, to include payroll conversions, to the finish line with minimal client impact and concern.

Michele Gissibl, SHRM-SCP PHR, is a seasoned, bilingual, human resources business partner with experience advising leadership in developing and executing human capital strategies. She also holds her Certified Personnel Consultant certification and has a BA in Psychology. Michele specializes in assisting organizations in leadership development, employee relations, benefits administration, DEI, M&A, and employment law compliance. She is regarded as a focused and dedicated HR professional who can see the “big picture” while staying on top of the details. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and volunteering for many community events.

Shelby Lesinski is a goal-driven HR professional who is taking her prior years of experience in small to large-sized companies to new levels by joining the consulting world. Her ability to problem-solve and effectively work with leaders and employees alike will bring a great balance to the clients she serves. She thrives on the variety KHR offers her daily workload and is a recent resident of Florida with her husband and son.

Bridget Caulfield serves clients and their team members as an HR Coordinator.  As a coordinator, she supports many projects and programs employees use throughout their employment life cycle. We thank Bridget for her many years of service in our nation’s armed forces.  She brings additional experience to the KHR office from her prior experience in other HR offices and continues to work with all team members to assist with creative approaches to serving client needs.

Madeline Foran is a college student gaining her undergraduate degree in Human Resources. She focuses her efforts supporting the many needs of her assigned client base as an HR Coordinator while going to school full time as well as working a full-time position.  She is extremely savvy in systems and uses technology to make an impact on efficiencies in the workplace.

Daniel Nee supports assigned clients as an HR Coordinator in the office and has a passion for customer service. He is instrumental in using his energy to bring projects to completion which is a he asset to the HR Managers in the field at the assigned client locations.  Daniel has a personal passion for music and songwriting so don’t be surprised if you see him online one day!

Samantha McLean is one of our project Coordinators that brings years of business, sales, and customer support experience to the team and the clients she supports. She is extremely efficient and has an excellent sense of humor which can be extremely valuable when working with the many situations that can pass through an HR office.  Employees are able to rely on her for gain their answers within or prior to the established turnaround times.

Jocelin Ortiz is a seasoned payroll specialist and has joined KHR as our first Payroll Specialist on the team.  We are proud to support this need in clients who have determined it best to keep that process out of their business and her years of experience allow us to trust we are guiding our clients through the details of payroll with expertise.
